    JOSEPH PICCININNI, JR.

  • Bio

After graduating from Stony Brook University in 2014 with nothing more than a bachelor's degree, a fistful of sales experience, and a whole lot of grit and gumption, Joe returned to to The Hamptons armed with his Real Estate License and a desire to flex his talents in a flourishing community of artists, influencers, and big-thinkers. With drive, poise, and grace under pressure -- he aligned himself with all-star broker Beau Hulse, and the globally known Coldwell Banker network, granting him the opportunity to also join one of the most competitive and high-energy sales environments in the world. Since then, Joe has earned a variety of merits, like being named one of Coldwell Banker's 30 under 30 in 2017, and The Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of Realtors in 2016.

Aside from these accolades, Joe's earned a recurring spot on NBC's Open House, broadcasted nationally Sunday mornings in the 14 wealthiest markets and up for syndication around the country. He has been featured twice on Inman.com, Newsday, Southampton local Patch, and in August 2019 named Power Agent of the Month by national speaker and real estate coach, Darryl Davis.

Joe's recipe for success is truly quite simple. He believes by first aligning yourself with your passions, exploring your curiosities, and giving without expectations of anything in return. He knows "The Hustle" is overrated and toxic..."Take care of yourself FIRST! Hustle comes second, and money always follows. Do the right thing, be yourself, and care for others." Joe LOVES the power of leveraging awesome video content on Social Media.

Joe's local and state involvement includes LIBOR YPN Secretary, Hamptons Chapter Secretary, and a NYSAR director since 2017. His most recent accomplishment was chairing the Education Committee and hosting the 2019 LIBOR Education conference under president Dianne Scalza.

Aside from real estate, Joe belongs to a number of networks, his favorite being Wall Street Dead aHead: a community of like-minded business professionals who have a sincere passion for the Grateful Dead. Aside, he consults for Social Media, is currently writing a New Agent Orientation class, and occasionally has one guest-bartending appearance in the Hamptons.

When he's not out in the field, Joe enjoys all facets of human activities - because after all, he's a human being just like you. In fact, here he is in his own words:

"Hi. These are my own words. Those were all mine too. When I'm not out in the field, I play the trumpet, dance to the Grateful Dead, watch classic Film Noirs, tell jokes, play Ultimate Frisbee, and take my clients out to DINNER. So at the end of the day, I strive on being myself. I strive on gaining trust, and remaining in touch after the transaction. Follow me on Social @gopickjoe
